Pacific PCF Co., Limited is a Hong Kong-registered trading company. We develop, source and supply bags, backpacks, drinkware, luggage and related accessories, manufactured to our clients' specifications.

What we do.
We manage the supply process from initial brief to shipment: product development, factory selection, production monitoring, quality control, and export.
Product development
We prepare technical specifications, research and select materials, and produce prototypes and samples until the product meets the client's requirements for construction, finish and cost.
Sourcing and supplier management
We maintain a qualified factory base in China, selected by product category. We negotiate terms directly with manufacturers and allocate production according to each factory's capability and capacity.
Production monitoring
We track material arrival, initial output and production progress against the agreed shipping schedule, and report to the client at defined intervals.
Export and documentation
We handle consolidation, commercial documentation and shipment coordination, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the destination market.
Products
Product categories.
All products are developed to the client's specification. We do not sell from a standing catalogue.
Bags
Handbags, shoulder and crossbody bags, tote and shopping bags, duffle and weekend bags, gym bags, sackpacks and beach bags. Canvas, nylon, ripstop, coated cotton, recycled polyester, PU and leather, with printed, embroidered or appliquéd finishes.
Backpacks
School, everyday, mini, technical and camping backpacks, including insulated models. Padded laptop compartments, water-resistant construction, ergonomic strap systems and custom hardware.
Drinkware
Stainless steel bottles from 500 ml to 1,000 ml, vacuum-insulated tumblers, thermal flasks and sports caps. Powder coating, silk-screen printing, laser engraving and full-wrap printing. Materials selected to meet the food-contact requirements of the destination market.
Insulated bags
Cooler bags, compact coolers, lunch bags and insulated waist bags, in a range of capacities and insulation constructions.
Cases, pouches and wallets
Toiletry bags, beauty cases, pencil cases, eyewear cases, device sleeves for phones, tablets and laptops, and wallets and card holders. Textile, PU and leather constructions with custom hardware, debossing and applied branding.
Luggage and travel accessories
Hard-shell cases, trolleys, packing organisers, travel pillows, eye masks and dry bags.
Headwear
Caps, five-panel caps, bucket hats and visors.
Beach and outdoor
Beach towels, sarongs, parasols, beach chairs, umbrellas and rainwear.

Direct supplier relationships
We contract with manufacturers directly, without intermediaries.
Single point of coordination
Product development, production and shipment are managed by the same team.
Terms agreed before production
Cost, delivery schedule and quality standard are agreed in writing before production begins, and progress is reported against them.
Quality
Quality control.
Quality control is applied throughout production rather than at the point of shipment.
Materials
Incoming materials are inspected against the approved specification before production begins. Any substitution requires the client's written approval.
During production
Production is inspected while in progress. Initial output is compared against the approved sample.
Before shipment
Every order is inspected before shipment. Construction, finish, measurements, colour, labelling and packaging are checked against the approved sample and reported to the client with photographs.
At loading
Quantity, carton marking, packing configuration and container condition are verified at loading.
Where a client, market or retailer applies its own testing or inspection requirements, we work to those requirements.
